About Us - What we can do for you

We want to provide high quality private dental care for employees at little or no cost to the employer. By being centrally located, we are able to drastically reduce the time spent away from the workplace visiting the dentist.

How it works

A payment of £15 per month per employee is made (an additional joining fee of £20 is due in the first month) Once joined, each employee receives an enrolment letter Members of the plan will be entitled to the following treatment:

• 2 visits for check ups per calendar year
• 2 visits for scaling and polishing per calendar year
• All relevant x-rays
• Any emergency treatment suitable for a dental practice
• All fillings required to provide dental fitness (including anterior white fillings)
• Any simple extractions (not including wisdom teeth)
• In addition all members will receive a 25% discount on "other treatment" required
• A maximum of £1000 of "other treatment" per year per employee shall be eligible for the 25% discount

Treatment not covered under the plan

• Services of a dental technician (this is a small proportion of the total cost of a crown, bridge or denture)
• Sedation
• Orthodontics
• Implants
• Drug Prescriptions

Eligibility

The plan can operate with a minimum of 10 employees.

Termination

The firm is required to give 3 months' written notice to the practice before removing an employee from the plan. Each employee must join the plan for a minimum of one year The firm is required to give 6 months written notice to the practice before withdrawing from the plan completely.
